How do I access the portal?
With your computer, smart phone, or iPad you can access our patient portal.
When can I see my lab results?
It can take up to a week for lab results to be processed at the lab and posted to the portal. If you do not see your results and need them, please call our office at 817-731-1289.
Can I request refills from the portal?
Although the portal allows you to request a refill, you must also call your pharmacy and have them send us a refill request in order for the refill to be completed.
I have locked my account, what do I do?
Call our office at 817-731-1289 and request that we unlock your account. After we unlock your account, you will be able to log in. If you do not remember your User Name or Password, click on “Can’t access your account?” and follow the steps to access your account.
